An actor and filmmaker, Jeff Galfer holds a Master’s degree in Acting from the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Theatre and Political Theory from the University of Evansville in Indiana.

He has worked professionally on stage in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Atlanta, & Los Angeles. Television credits include SCORPION (recurring), HAWAII FIVE-O, HOMELAND, CHANCE, NCIS, CASTLE, LAW & ORDER, NUMBERS, Z ROCK, and a recurring role on the Steven Spielberg/Oren Peli produced THE RIVER for ABC. Film credits include the Brian Wilson biopic LOVE & MERCY and 6 WAYS TO DIE. Commercially, he has represented over 40 brands in national, cable, made-for internet, and radio campaigns.

As a producer and content creator, Jeff's previous short film BURIED TREASURE traveled to festivals around the world picking up a Best Narrative Short award at the Rome International Film Festival, a Best of Fest award at the Illinois International Film Festival, and an Audience Choice award at the Zero Film Festival, Los Angeles. He also co-created and produced the web series Date-A-Max, which was distributed by Fullscreen Media.

Starting from scratch on each and every project, Jeff has mastered the process of self financing - both privately and publicly.  In 2012, he completed his second, successful Kickstarter campaign raising over $25K for BURIED TREASURE, which has since been distributed to Shorts TV on DirectTV. In 2016, he completed work on his self-financed, original, digital short-form TV series JEFF'S PLACE, which was an official selection of the prestigious Seriesfest Late Night Competition and the equally renowned New York Television Festival's Independent Pilot Competition, where the show took home awards for both himself (Best Actor in a Comedy) and Kent Lamm (Best Editing).

As of late, he helmed commercial campaigns for both Pepsi's “1893" and La Quinta’s “How to WIN@BUSINESS” advertisements and is an on-camera professor for both the Joffrey Ballet's Hollywood Experience program and California School of the Arts San Gabriel Valley.  He has also been voicing several characters for the new, animated Amazon series LITTLE BIG AWESOME and recently released the JEFF’S PLACE PODCAST, which he wrote, produced, and voiced.

Currently, he is shooting weekly episodes of his YouTube satirical product review show THE JEFF SHOW and is in development for the television adaptation of JEFF’S PLACE.
